Back in 2019, right in the lively streets of Toronto, One York started a special task: to give a fresh look to the city's old buildings without changing their original beauty. Our love for these old structures and our dream to make them new and useful again made us famous. People started talking about the special touch One York gave to their homes.
Then the pandemic came and changed everything. Many people wanted to redo their homes. Seeing this, Eric and his team took a step back to think. That's when Christina came up with a great idea - the One York Studio. Here, our clients could actually see and feel how their homes would look after the makeover.

Eric Veyt is the owner and founder of both One York Construction Management and One York Design Management. With a strong background in engineering and finance, Eric brings a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen to the company.
He is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of both businesses and takes the lead in sales, marketing, social media, and partnership contracts. Eric's vision and leadership have been instrumental in the growth and success of One York Construction Management and the establishment of One York Design Management.
He is deeply committed to delivering exceptional services to clients and driving innovation within the industry. Outside of work, Eric enjoys spending time with his wife and four children.
Christina MacIntyre serves as the Chief Operating Officer of both One York Construction Management and One York Design Management. Drawing on her extensive experience as abuilding inspector, architectural designer, and construction professional in low-rise developments, Christina brings a wealth of knowledge to the company.
She leads all aspects of performance, process, and system management for both businesses, ensuring operational efficiency and excellence. As the driving force behind all design operations, Christina plays a pivotal role in translating client visions into practical and innovative solutions.
Christina is a proud mother of two and remains dedicated to fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
